According to PBS, Bannon will not hold back.

Bannon is expected to face questions about key events during his time in the White House, including Trump’s firings of former National Security adviser Michael Flynn and former FBI Director James Comey.

UPDATE: CNN also confirms Bannon bought himself another week to comply with the House Intelligence Committee subpoena to appear and answer questions.
“The House Intelligence Committee’s interview with Stephen Bannon has been postponed at the Committee’s initiative until next week,” Conaway said in a statement. “We look forward to having him before the Committee once we can assure that he will be able to thoroughly answer all our questions without concerns regarding the scope of executive privilege.”

House panel gives Bannon another week to comply with subpoena (CNN)
Former Trump campaign CEO and White House strategist Steve Bannon will not appear Tuesday before the House Intelligence Committee even though he has been subpoenaed.
CNN:
Escalating a tense standoff with the panel, Bannon isn't planning on showing up because the White House and committee haven't reached an agreement over the scope of the questioning, the source said.
Rep. Mike Conaway, the Republican running the committee's Russia probe, told reporters Monday evening he expected Bannon to comply with the subpoena demands of the committee and was unaware of any deal to limit the answers he would provide to the panel.
The committee has rescheduled Bannon's return twice already.
AP:
Bannon's lawyer has been negotiating with the committee and the White House about the interview's terms. At issue is whether the White House will allow Bannon to answer questions about his time in the Trump administration.
Axios confirmed Tuesday morning that Bannon bought himself a little more time.
What we're hearing: A source familiar with Bannon's situation told Axios that the CNN story is accurate “except Bannon is not currently risking contempt because last night the committee agreed to delay the subpoena for another week while they try to work out proper scope of questioning with the White House.”
CNN:
In his first appearance last month before the panel, Bannon said he would only answer questions about topics when he was the chief executive of the campaign, with his attorney saying the White House directed him to protect President Donald Trump's right to assert executive privilege.
