President Trump has received the 10-page Democratic memo written to rebut the four-page Nunes memo and, according to the White House, met with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on Tuesday to discuss it.

White House chief of staff John Kelly told reporters Tuesday afternoon that Trump hadn’t read the memo yet because Kelly said he had just given the president the document and that it was fairly lengthy.

White House officials said they received the memo Monday evening, and press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said the administration “will follow the same process and procedure” it did with the Republican document — meaning Trump has five days to decide whether to allow the memo’s publication.
CNN:
"The President has seen the memo. He met with the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein within the last hour to discuss some of the differences between the two memos," she said. "And we are undergoing the exact same process that we did with the previous memo in which we will go through a full and thorough legal and national security review. We are in the middle of the process."
Sanders said Trump met with Rosenstein to discuss "differences between the two memos."
President Trump claimed the Nunes memo vindicates him in the Russia probe even though it does not.
Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the ranking member on the House Intelligence Committee who wrote the countermemo, says he is worried the White House will not treat his rebuttal fairly.
“What I'm more concerned about ... is that they make political redactions," the California Democrat said. "That is, not redactions to protect sources or methods, which we’ve asked the Department of Justice and the FBI to do, but redactions to remove information they think is unfavorable to the president. That could be a real problem, and that's our main concern at this point.”
