Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), ranking member on the House Intelligence Committee, tweeted late Wednesday night that Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) altered his memo after the committee majority voted to release it but before sending it to the White House. Schiff linked to the letter he sent Chairman Nunes.
