Can We Borrow Your Notes?

News  |  Sep 22, 2017

Axios' Mike Allen reports that Sean Spicer, the President's former press secretary, may have detailed notes of his time on the Trump campaign and with the administration. Allen says former colleagues of Spicer's reveal he always took notes at the RNC, filling so many notebooks that coworkers joked he would be writing a revealing memoir.

Allen reportedly confronted Spicer about this revelation, and Spicer asked Allen, a longtime acquaintance, never to contact him again.

Vanity Fair explains this may not bode well for Spicer because lawyers in the Russia investigation can subpoena his notes as they hunt for evidence.
